Our network engineers have identified a possible issue with a switch. To avoid any unplanned outages, we will be replacing it.

Our team will be peforming an upgrade to our edge routers to improve the capabilities of our routing platform. During this window there will be downtime as we migrate to the new routing platform. We expect the downtime to be up to 60 minutes but may be longer.

This will affect all services in London, remote GRE and WAF services will be pre-emptively moved away from London during this window to minimize impact.

RETN will be conducting scheduled maintenance in the Frankfurt region, which will result in a temporary service disruption. During this time, all GRE traffic will automatically reroute to the nearest Point of Presence (PoP).

We are currently experiencing issues with one of our nodes, and our website is down due to scheduled maintenance. If you have Game Servers with us and your server is currently offline, this is due to urgent maintenance. We expect all services to be back online soon.
